At VG quality is our priority, hence material used are the quality one.




Solid wood with fumigation and heating process through chamber

The timber comes to our processing plant as raw materials and goes through several process which can be commonly found in the industry. BUT in VG we have developed a few process to increase the durability of the wood by compression of timbers’ fibre which in turns provide better durability in the long run.



Not only the durability is important to the consumers but also the chemical we had installed in place that prevents wood maggots, termites and fungus etc.

Therefore Vg had the timber soaked in the chamber below for 2hrs within a certain temperature to allow the chemical that prevents maggots, termites and fungus to soaked thoroughly even to the center of the timber before it was sent to assembly for use in manufacturing of high quality upholstery.
